Returns & Cancellations

Order Returns

We hope that you are over the moon with your purchase. However we understand that there might be times you want to return something. If you are not completely satisfied, please send your return to us within 10 days of purchase, in its original condition and we will be happy to issue a refund, exchange or repair.

We can only refund our delivery costs where an item is faulty or an error has been made on our part. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as we can not be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to us.

We are happy to give you a full refund on stock items provided you return the item to us within 10 working days of receipt. Items must be carefully packaged and sent using a trackable and insured delivery service at your own cost, and must arrive in perfect order.

If you wish to return any item for any reason, please contact us in advance so that we are ready to process your return as soon as possible. Please be aware that the large lampshades cost around £12 to be sent via Royal Mail's Parcelforce service, so its good to be sure before you order!

If your order has arrived damaged due to its transit, please contact us immediately as we only have 7 days to make a claim with the courier company or post office. Please keep all packaging and endeavor to take images for proof until the situation has been resolved - but we will reimburse you as soon as possible.

Bespoke items

As these items are handmade to order for you, we regret that these items are not returnable.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel purchases and orders for any reason prior to dispatch.

If orders are cancelled for any reason, you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to these orders.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours and let us know your name, order number, date of order and order content.
