The 'Gannets Rock' card features a view looking South along the gentle sloping cliffs of the east side of the Island. A solitary soay sheep grazes in the foreground and Gannets Bay and the rock are in the background. This was so named as it used to be a popular nesting site for the birds but they have since abandoned it (some say as early as when the North Light was built).
